Yep, that's right. You can also pay it beforehand if you like, through your "Account" page, but they ask for the money about 2 weeks before they get it in.

Just had a look and it appears they went up today so you're in luck.

Kyoryu Red is out on the 12th
Shadow Moon reissue on the 19th
Black 2.0, Battle Hopper and Sailor Mercury on the 26th
