How are you all going through this game so fast?

Anyway my current team:

Braxien
Bagon (Thank you Zigzagoon for picking up an Ultra Ball)
Flabebe (When will that thing evolve?)
Pansage (I'm waiting a bit before I evolve it.)
Pigeotto
Wartortle

It's been pitch black in my area for the past 2 hours, but it hasn't even reached sunset in my game...

It should have something to do with the internal clock on your system.

8pm is "night" in most previous games; should be the same again in X/Y.

I'm actually moving through at what I think is a fairly leisurely pace, especially since I don't advance through an area until I see a good chunk of the available Pokemon there.

Anywho, my team is looking like:
Chesnaught
Charizard
Amaura (One of these hours, it'll become night time...)
Lucario
Lapras
Furfrou

Sigilyph (On standby)
Goomy (Haven't actually started training it, but I intend on it

)
