Caught up with last week's Golden Time. I like this show a lot so far. A little generic, but very cute, and it's nice to have an anime set in college rather than high school.

I was scouring Youtube, and I accidently stumbled on Wolf and Spice. And I am enjoying the hell out of it, I really am. Holo is endearing, you find yourself rooting for Kraft. Even if he is oblivious alot of the time. And I love an anime with a lore. I'm a sucker for a good lore.

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK. This show is slow. Like seriously, each episode is maybe three scenes at most. Like it's well animated, and the action is well directed, and the brutality of the carnage and death is something else, but the whole damn thing plays out so slowly that it's basically impossible to have an opinion on it. This whole show rests on cliffhangers, twists and mysteries but then the whole thing unravels at such a snails pace you've already forgotten most of the set up before it comes to the time for everything to be revealed.

I mean all along the Recon Corps were trying to capture this female Titan that came from nowhere? I'd say that doesn't add up, but it'd also require me to go back like ten episodes to watch this whole arc play out from the start again. And it's a TWENTY FIVE episode season.

The pacing in Shingeki is quite wierd it's like they spend one minute per manga page.
Making it slow... as heck...
Worth it, but rather weird.

Watched episode 2 of Blazblue, and all I can say is if the studios behind it had the intention of making the most uninviting show for newcomers possible they certainly succeeded. Bleh.
