It's a nice contrast that's for sure, Ock can be funny, over the top and psychotic at the same time, but given that you haven't finished your duel over Pete's "death", I'm not sure you should check it out.

It does have some pretty sucky moments for him.

I havent read superior 17 and 18 yet but I kinda get the feeling the whole Ock Spidey thing is just gonna amount to peter coming back and having his old status quo by being seen as a thread in the eyes of the public.

Man, seeing all this Spidey info reminds me that Toxin's original host, Pat, was killed like a bitch just so that Eddie Brock could get another Symbiote. :\

Why didn't they just keep Anti-Venom with Eddie? There was nothing wrong with it. Now Eddie gets around with the symbiotes.

And any symbiote who doesn't sleep with Brock he kills. :I
It's annoying because despite Pat's short comic life, he was a fun character and I enjoyed his and Toxin's dynamic. So while Toxin is back, it's just Eddie farting around acting emo and brooding as him...

And I don't know why. I guess they just didn't know what to do with Anti-Venom...

Seems possible, as now they have a true reason to fear Spidey and I doubt the Avengers will stand by him.

But man, I'm tired of that...
