Can someone tell me how I'm supposed to catch the roaming Legendaries when they flee before the flipping menu comes up?

Apparently you keep encoutering them until they land somewhere to rest, i think it's in the sea spirit den.

Yeah, after about a dozen encounters it'll stop at the Sea Spirit's Den. You can track it with your Pokédex as usual with roamers.

How do you get to the sea spirit den? You alsi get the mega stone for ampharos there.
