Based solely on design, probably Koragg the Knight Wolf (Red) and Mystic Red.

Design alone: Navy Thunder Ranger; The colour, the weapon, the gold armour. Is there anything more to say.

Including fights and stuff: Lunar Wolf Ranger. He uses a pool cue as a weapon, and commands a wolf, a hammerhead and an alligator as a giant robot. Where isn't the awesome!?!
