Apparently these two names show up on the GTS as part of the Kalos dex but they're not in the game.

I think either they're event Pokemon like Genesect and Arceus but since you can't hack the 3DS nobodies seen them yet or just something Game freak didn't finish.

It's unlikely that they didn't finish. They're likely "Hidden" Pokemon or something. It's names in if they didn't intend on having the Pokemon exist in the game (See Gen 1, which was intended to have 190 Pokemon, but had to cut some and later added them into Johto. They simply remained as empty space, but no names or other information).

Apparently Volcanion is Water/Fire according to some websites. That type screams badass if hi's design isn't badass i will hunt down a game freak employee and slap them across the face.

Yeah it's for all copies of the game, I just downloaded it for my retail copy of the Pokemon X. It's quite necessary.
