Which actually makes sense since W is 2 people. Phillip would have been nowhere near the battle had they debuted that way and it would have been confusing to explain in the context of that cameo.

Neat design, though I don't really get that belt. I hope this turns out to be the next series cause he doesn't look like he continues the trend of "how many extra pieces of crap can we jam into a belt this year?".

W appeared in Decade: All-Riders Vs Dai Shocker. OOO Appeared in W: A to Z Gaia Memories of Fate, and Fourze appeared in OOO: Wonderful the Movie. So by that logic Saido will appear in Fourze: Friendship is magic (which needs to be the title of his summer film).

^This. I'm warming up to Fourze, aside from the eyebrows. I'm sorry, I am, but they still bother me. I love the rocket helmet design, the different States (Especailly Magnet), and ... Yea the switches are a little much. Especailly with the ones he uses once then forgets about ever again. Camera, and on and on. So if this new does use something like that, with 'alot of crap jammed into his belt at once', hopefully it's alot of crap stuffed into his belt all at once he actually uses.

Hmmm... I could see Saido and the Smartphone Rider being one in the same, the Smartphone rider was supposed to be a Faiz sequel, Saido has a Xi motif, and doesn't his belt somewhat resemble the Faiz Belt?

Calling him kamen rider xi would be quite cool, as it's the 14th letter in the Greek alphabet and this is the 14th Heisei rider series. It's also a river in china though...Also a cool nod to showa riders.

Either way, I'm not totally sold on the concept art , could be cool in real life, if real , or it might not =p
