I was rearranging my Pokemon in Black to be in numerical order and i noticed that i have a shiny Poliwag, don't know where i got it but it's neat!

Probably. I got a second Poliwhirl, so I could do -wrath as well as -toed.
And then I got 2 Basculin. Still no Dragonair.

Any decent electric type with a high enough special attack stat will sweep him.
