			Ecliptor. He did a lot during In Space, from raising a foster daughter to destroying a Megazord and crippling another. He was THE evil general.

			It has to be Ecliptor. It's no secret I don't like In Space much. Andros is far from being my favorite Red, Masked Rider, the TMNT crossover, Masked Rider. But Ecliptor was one of the amazing things about this series. He was one of those villians that really wasn't evil, he did what he did for a reason. Astromeda/Carone.

			I assume it was because only 10 could fit in   Also, Vrak falls into that weird "not quite a general, not quite a leader" category.
