So I just finished Future Diary... what the fuck was up with that ending?

Oh no, I'm questioning it! The ending was perfectly fine, I was perfectly okay with Yukii being forever alone in the void demention... but why, right after the end credits DID THE WRITERS FEEL THE NEED, TO FUCK IT ALL UP BY HAVING YUNO APPEAR IN THE VOID!

That's not a f'd ending. You watch End of Evangelion and then understand what the word F'd means.

Watching Akira because it's on Toonami and even though it's almost over, I am still so confused by it...

A happy ending was just not befitting of that show and especially not for Yuno. It did ruin it a bit.

Because youre watching it edited. Not that it makes much more sense unedited, but it's better unedited. Akira's movie made little sense because they tried putting volumes, like near 100, of magna into one hour and a half movie. It requires you to assume alot, especially the ending.

I thought about watching it, but it's better to just watch it on DVD unedited. I do suggest reading the manga after you see the movie.

Everything is better unedited. When I come to power, I'm going to make it a law. Nothing can be edited for television. Your little Suzie and Johnny'll just have to deal with it.
