The helmets are a throwback to past Sentai. It's pretty old-school I guess.

Megazord looks like crayons taped together.

And that design on their chest! I didn't know we were playing chutes and ladders.

Well actually, I guess for a first minus Gokaiger, the girls aren't confined to the 'girly' colours as this is all about numbers, not colours. Although I'm guessing red is only allowed to use red.

The transfer gimmick so far from what I am getting at seems like a downgraded Gokai Change or Gaim's Lock Seed gimmick where they share train components with each other.
