Aren't the Power Ponies closer to Marvel/DC superheroes rather than Toku henshin heroes? All I've seen is the uncolored animatic and the blink and you'll miss it scene snippet for commercials, so I'm unsure, though.

maybe I don't know, I guess you might be right. the episode name makes me think of the rangers is all.
