I had to do an all Fighting team in Black/White 2 for the same reason
It was Emboar, Mienshao, Scrafty, Cobalion, and 2 others who contributed so little I honestly don't remember

He has Ice Body which will help with your Hail team. If Sheer Cold's accuracy was better, no one could stand up to you. His Special Attack is also a base 110.

I'm not gonna be using my ice team with the two most recent Pokemon I trained
