Go to your home menu, tap the little orange smiley face at the top of the touch screen. You will see a Mii with a crown next to it. Select the me and in the upper screen will be an ID card with your Friend Code at the bottom.

Shininess and IVs haven't correlated since Gen 2, I thought.
