well the Japanese key did not have the white on it. I really don't mind the missing paint apps on it except for it not having the SPD logo on it. Den-O can the MZ move when the parts are attached to the arms?

The DekaRed key that came with the DX Ranger Key Set 01 did not have the white stripe, which was weird. The DekaRed Key that came with the DX Dekaranger set, however, did.

Luckily, if you're collecting DX Ranger Keys, Ranger Key Set 01 was completely missable, because it was a 5 pack of Reds, all of which later also got full team sets in DX.

biggest thing the BoA stuff has in it's favor is the fact you can use various bits of in tandem...Dragon wings with the Runner parts and such...

That is a benefit. But unfortunately due to poor design and placement of Zord Builder pegs/ports, there really isn't as much cross playability as you might think.

I was hoping that I'd be able to swap parts pretty freely between all the vehicles and create my own monstrosities. But because the Zord vehicle have hardly any male connectors you lose a bit of that. The Dragon is especially disappointing in that department. While it's wings and tail can be used in plenty of different spots on the Megazord, the chest can only ever really be a chest. Same goes for Delta Runner & Zeo Racer. The pegs are so awkwardly placed that they don't serve much purpose outside their intended combinations.
