I went digging around for Pokémon Bank news, but all I could find was an article on a tweet that was supposedly posted on the Pokémon's official twitter account saying February 29th. HOWEVER, two things: 1. looking at their Twitter account, there is no history of this tweet. 2: February 29th doesn't exist. So...yeah.

Not every article tells the truth. I just wish it got more than a Japan/Taiwan release initially, so I could start training up new Pokemon again...I need my PokeBank.

Yes, people have been passing around "screencaps" of several troll "tweets" like that. Just don't buy into anything at all unless you see the source.
