out of boredom I watched all 9 eps of Akiba and I am hooked.

I d/l'ed 10 eps of Samurai and I am enthralled.

I watched 3 eps of the Ninja one... and now I am obsessed.

Shinkenger and Kakuranger.

Hurricanger is also ninja-esque? Then I will look for those as well. I'm very fond of medieval japan themes in my toku!

Hurricanger is ninja but a bit more modernized rendition compared to Kakuranger who were purely mystical. I recommend it.

If you want mystical/mythical, give Dairanger a try. Also kind of ... magical ninja-like, in the sense of using "Ki" (akin to DBZ type of stuff) to fight.

Oh yeah, Go-busters is a terrific series! I like all your choices as well, as I have seen Shinkenger, Hurricaneger, and I'm watching Akibaranger and still finishing up Dairanger. Kakuranger is a series I want to get into, if I can find a decent sub for it.
