EDIT: Looks like they're not as finished as Gaim and Baron. They lack the faceplates, lock details and generally any kind of small-printing detail. Probably because that's a unique process that takes time to do.

Not hard at all really, just pricey. Easiest way is to submit an order via the various middleman sites during the open ordering period (Nippon Yasan, Yokatta, Big in Japan...I'm blanking on the others, but there are others) or see if you can snipe one off of Mandarake after it's released.

Most definitely, yes. Even with shipping tacked on, any Tamashii web exclusive I get through a middleman site always ends up cheaper than BBTS, and not just by a few bucks.
