Where should I draw from more: UU, RU or NU?

Hell, why not Little Cup? Can we do some Little Cup?

Most of my choices tend to be UU, but I've essentially forgone tiers. It's dull.
It's the difference between losing to a curious Sigilyph and losing to the same team everyone runs.

And I can't do LC.

So I've discovered that my next two new pokemon are spoink and solrock. Never used either so it should be fun
