Seeing as they were the ones that initially teased it, I'd be surprised if they didn't. Also, angered.

But, I'm really hoping this means we'll see the Figuarts line expand into other Nintendo/Gaming properties.

It would me, because so many people seem to have this thing about Bandai arbitrarily reassigning certain figures to different properties I don't get. Like, the people who say a theoretical Goldar or Dragonzord would be MonsterArts, or Jet Jaguar would be an Ultra-Act. There's no reason a possible Bowser figure can't simply be a SHF.

Think it was mentioned before they're targeting GameStop (who carry the figma Samus and Link reissues) with Mario, but I see no reason why Mario couldn't be at TRU or Barnes & Noble as well.

Bowser is an non humanoid character and S.H Figuarts tend to be release humanoid characters only. It would not make sense to have him as a figuart.
