Did anyone here saw any of the PR movies in theaters back in the 90's. I remember the hype for the first MMPR movie back in 1995. The movie was huge and it was the movie that everyone in kindergarten was looking forward to seeing it. I remember my dad took me to see it on 4th of July weekend while everyone was waiting for my little sister being born. As a kid, I enjoy it and the zord battle scenes on the big screen was epic at the time. I even remember even getting the movie on VHS for X-mas back in 1995. I also saw the second movie in theaters as well and I remember seeing it with my Aunt. I was very let down by Turbo as a kid and I remember so angry on what happen in that movie. |

Both of them. Remember being so hyped. Was a long time ago, I'd have been 5 I believe, but I do have some vague memories of it and they are quite pleasant ones.

Saw the first one, but Turbo either didn't get a cinema release here or was so limited that nowhere near me screened it.

I did. Liked them both. Neither were particularly good (MMPR changed everything, horrible CG zords, Turbo had Larigot ), but I enjoyed both of them as a kid.

I remember seeing the first one in theaters but I had no interest in seeing the second one in theaters. I didn't really like Turbo too much. But omg I remember watching the first movie and I was just a kid and I was just in awe the whole time. I thought the suits were so awesome but I kept wondering how the heck were they moving in them and how uncomfortable they must be. I swear I was probably trying to rollerblade and do tricks for a month because of that movie lololol. Once I got the VHS I wore that OUT quickly. |

Saw the first one back when I was just out of OSUT at Ft.Sill. I actually went to see it twice (small town in Oklahoma, not a whole lot to do). I remember they had 2 Ranger Actors at the Lawton McDonalds to hype the Happy Meal toys. I got a good laugh because the White Ranger actor was like 5'9" or so, really quite a bit shorter than you would believe. It was really odd because the Red Ranger with him was like 6'2" or so!

I'm going to show my age here, but I thought I was too old to see the movie when it came out, despite the fact that I watched the show ever day when I got home from school. In 1995 I would have been 15.I do remember however seeing the "Coming Soon" poster in a theater back in the day, and I did end up watching it on HBO a few years later. But what I remember most was how much "Trouble" by Shampoo from the soundtrack got radio play at the time.
