Wait, is this "special" thing the reason no Shaymin and Manaphy are on the GTS?
They're the only damn ones I need!

Which makes things even harder when some of the Pokemon, when being checked for legitimacy, requires the same Ribbon that prevents it from being placed onto the GTS. And, just like that, I have the Forces of Nature. I could get a 3rd Palkia and Giratina, and a 2nd Dialga and Ho-Oh, but the Pokemon I really want, Lugia, still stays out of my reach. Also, I can apparently get another set of the Forces of Nature, but those require dream orbs to access their areas, but my 3DS is dying and the nature of the game requires too much spinning around to play while it's charging :\
