See, Generic names or names just ripped form the Sentai are my problem. But nonsense? That's where it's at.

I wish Saban would try more nonsensical names now. Sorta like Magna Defender. I dunno what the hell Magna even means aside from being some cool-sounding goofy sci-fi terminology, but I like it a lot.

Or even better the Super Silverizer. That's one of the stupidest/corniest names ever, and I love it just 'cause of that.

As I have become a fan of Toku, I see more and more how utterly identical Sentai and PR really is. They're both dumb and silly and fun and campy in their own ways, but neither gets to play high and might above the other for long.

It means "strong" or "powerful."

His name basically means Really good Defender.

I may be misintepreting you, but I think that you're thinking that I'm one of those people who think that Sentai's vastly superior to all PR.

UH....I'm not! Only Sentai I ever watched is Gokaiger. Have next to no real desire to see any previous Sentai series that's been adapted for PR footage aside from Carranger and Abaranger and that's almost entirely to see how dumb and goofy those can get!

Though yeah, I'm not too big a fan of the recent Saban stuff (though their casts seem cool), it's not because IT'S NOT AS COOL OR SERIOS AS THE SENTAI.
