I hope one of the other subs includes the bumper where Gaim takes Pink's place in the ToQger roll call. Nothing to translate there, but it was pretty amusing.

If I had liked Garo more I'd agree, but Max doesn't totally jive with me either.

Sorry guys but I am totally that guy who just didn't care for Garo. And yes I do mean the first season. I was just never sold on this bizarre grim dark toku hero thing. That's why I thought I'd like Shougeki Gouraigan more since it was so similar but had far more fun. But it was just way too chaotic.
I also tried to check out the second Garo series as well and just couldn't be sold on it, and from what I understand I should be glad I haven't seen the 3rd series. So yeah, I can't say 2005 is the perfect year for me ![]()

Ok, I was very concerned about this show before seeing it, and honestly, most of the way through. The puppet thing was annoying.
It started to get better during the battle where they switched colors. It had a Gokaiger feel to it, where they can use the powers of the other members. I really got interested when the stupid puppet told them that they were dead. I really liked the darkness, and can't wait to see where it goes.

![]() On topic though I have to say that ToQger exceeded my already positive expectations. Thankfully I ordered all the toys ahead of time too. They started hitting Mandarake last night marked well over retail. Selling very well right now so I take it this show did strike a chord with children.
