I have no idea if this is the right right place or not, but I'm kind of in a spot and need advice, so if it's wrong could a mod please move it?
I'm in a deal with someone fo an item and it's kind of not going well. It's been a week and a half since I contacted them, and I've yet to be sent an invoice for the item. I've sent a total of nine pms to them, and have only recieved four. The communication is very lax, and they don't seem to really mention the fact that it's taken nearly two weeks and I still haven't been invoiced. They send fairly short, hand-wavvy statements like "I'll get it done next time I'm out" or "I'll try this week." The price for the item isn't even that great, and the minimal communication has been kind of worried. And there's been no explanation for it. The most explanation I got was a brief mention of weather, but they still post actively and I don't see why they never just explained to me "things are hectic, I'll try my best, but communication could be slow?" Some advice would be greatly appeciated. |

Well, how long would it take for your worrying to turn into anger, and how long would it take for you to just end the deal and not buy the item at all?
Since it's been 2 weeks, I'd start pressuring more, since they're being curiously vague over whats taking up their time.

Thing is, I wasn't sure if it was just my routine. I run a business, and my items are shipped in under five days. Obviously I don't expect them to treat this as a business transaction, but I could've explored other options in this time, but I didn't want to be rude.

I have sent them ten pms at this point. Hopefully I can at least get some kind of concrete status.
My biggest worry is if it's taken this long and I ahven't even gotten a chance to pay, how long is it going to be before they actually ship it and it arrives? |

If it was me, and I haven't paid yet, I'd cancel the order citing the long wait time and lack of communication. This happened once on TFW where it took a month to get any feedback from the seller so I cancelled the transaction. Spares me the anxiety.
