Quite honestly, for me, it's less about the DaiRanger suits (though they're a symptom of the problem) than it is about the fact that the people behind the scenes are paid to produce this tripe. It's almost as if the production side of things views their audience very poorly as they strive for that lowest common denominator output.

Yeah maybe at the most extremist of pushes I would have been okay for this if they actually attempted to weave it into continuity, it could have been like an expansion of the first twenty years but literally this meme is the plot of the suits.

And now Saban has shat on the fan community through pure laziness, people are DEFENDING him? And making excuses for this? I guess I've also never been seen on this planet before either because everything is ass backwards.

We already have 4 alien planets that have their own rangers (Aquitar, Triforia, KO-35, wherever walrus-face from SPD A-Squad came from), so more alien rangers wouldn't be too far fetched to believe.

We're not defending Saban. We're just used to Saban not providing anything more than the absolute minimum for Power Rangers, and don't care anymore.

Besides, some people really like the Dairanger suits.
