I can't speak for others, but my Shining Form is pretty flawless. No overtight or loose joints, the paint is solid, and I haven't had any issues swapping hands. I was worried after hearing about the problems that plagued Burning, so I was quite pleasantly surprised with Shining.

Nope! At least not on the shoulder joints. They are smooth and makes no squeaks when I turn them.
