Let's review the Rider's powers:
Kabuto:

• When first transforming, Zecter can defend Kabuto, Masked form armor can be ejected and cause damage
• Can Clock Up- allowing him to move faster than the eye can see
• Most Powerful Form: Hyper Kabuto
• In Hyper Kabuto form, can hyper clock up, allowing him to move faster than before
• In Hyper Form, can use the Perfect Zecter, allowing him to summon other Zecters to him and utilize their powers for the Maximum Hyper
• Kabuto Extender is his Rider Machine, able to switch from the fast Masked Mode to the offensive-oriented Ex Mode
• Weakness- Requires the Zecter to henshin. If incapacitated, can't transform. Tends to be overconfident at times.

Ichigo:

• Is a modified human
• Has an IQ of 600
• Ultrasensitive Antenna: A radar from the antenna
• Cat's Eye: Allows infrared night vision
• Signal O: A brainwave transmission device that can detect other cyborgs
• Crusher: The face plate that can break chains
• Artificial Lungs: Can recycle oxygen for two hours
• Pulmonary Converter: Catches wind power to convert it to energy, also acts as a radiator
• Power Converter: Capsules on the belt that store energy
• Artificial Muscle: Gives the Rider the strength to jump like a giant grasshopper
• Jump Shoes: The soles are elastic-like springs.
• Weakness/disadvantages- Unknown how he would fare against modern technology
