So LEGO CUUSOO made a post today stating that licensing issues over Doctor Who projects have been resolved. Don't know what this means for the Character Building license, but it leaves me somewhat optimistic. :3

Meanwhile, in other questions: what TARDIS rooms can you think? I'm trying to do some project. At the moment I have:

Console Rooms (1-7/8/9-10/11a/11b/secondary) Library Swimming Pool (Classic/New) Corridors Companion Rooms Cloister Room (Classic/Movie/Journey?) Garage Laboratory Auxillary Power Plant/Art room Bold means it's been built I'm curious to see where this goes. I'd love to see Doctor Who LEGO, but the price some sets go for is a massive turn off for me.

Hmmm, you've got a point about the price, but at least the quality of the sets would be good. Also, Zero Room. Thanks!

I've always felt that LEGO sets were just so worth it because of how sturdy the bricks are and how well-designed everything is. They're a premium brand in my eyes and I really hope they never compromise too much on that front.

In my opinion, though, comparing the value of Character Options and LEGO, I'd go for LEGO anytime.

So my brother has been nagging me to watch an episode entitled "Daleks in Manhattan." I keep saying no and he keeps asking me why which basically causes me to give the same argument which pretty much goes like this.

"Is it the third episode of Ninth's season?" "No..." "Then I don't care about it at the moment." Am I being to irrational here? Because he won't shut up about it and it makes me feel like I'm the bad guy. |

Truthfully you'll probably get less parts per piece compared to Character Options, but it may not necessarily mean the sets are Metalbeard Sea Cow worthy.

LEGO is expensive for what it is and official licenses really don't help that matter. And this is coming from someone who was a diehard LEGO collector in the late 90s/early 00s.
