A thread for pretty much everything, and no Tomica Heroes thread you should all be ashamed of yourselves for forgetting such an awesome series Last edited by Denshin48; 01-06-2012 at 12:10 AM.. |

I love both Rescue Force and Rescue Fire, the only thing I hate is that I can't find any of the music from Rescue Force aside from that album with the actors singing and a couple of tracks from the score.

Rescue Force was enjoyable overall and Yasuda Circus was awesome as the bad guys. As for Rescue Fire, I thought the dragon motif felt out-of-place and Fire 4 & 5 felt useless. The only part of Rescue Fire that I DID like was Gaialeon.

I enjoyed both shows but the mecha was my favorite part. Sadly, the toys are rather lackluster.

These two were great. I really wish they'd made Rescue Aqua.

I agree on the toys. I do give kudos to TakaraTomy for trying to create a toku show based on what is pretty much the Japanese equivalent to Hot Wheels or Matchbox, and I can tell it is not an easy job given the fact that rescue being the main theme conventional tokusatsu hero formats would not work 100%.
