It sounds cool on paper, but Ultraman can only work 3 minutes per day, so I expect many angry costumers.

So, was I the only one watching the commercial trying to figure out who that actually is?

Surprisingly, that's Ultraman Neos of all things, not the original as you'd ordinarily expect in a commercial like this. I'm happily surprised to see this is a Tsuburaya-licensed commercial and not Chaiyo.

I was trying to figure it out too. I was leaning towards Neos too. Seems odd they wouldn't have used Ultraman or at least a latter more recent character like Zero or Ginga.

The likeliest explanation is that Neos is the only Ultra that looks closest to the original that they can use without Chaiyo being involved.
