Anyone else find this episode kinda boring? Once Sid entered the episode stuff picked up a LOT but that was like the final five minutes of the episode, and most of that was fighting. I get that it's dealing with Kouta's moral dilemma that needs time to process but I'm just used to getting more for my buck from episodes of Gaim, than this.

And although time wasn't "wasted" so much, it gave much fewer things much more breathing room. Which is completely fine in and of itself, but Gaim has proved that it can juggle a lot more than this, and still manage to not drop a single ball. So I couldn't help but feel disappointed by this one. It probably wouldn't have been so bad if I was marathoning the show, but the fact I have to wait another week after this episode was basically just a bridge episode between two story arcs.... just sigh.

I believe this the same reason why so many people are expecting Micchy's downfall , because it's gonna cause drama of epic proportions and probably another turning point in the series.

I think that episodes like this are the most important , they build expectations and interest for future episodes . Kouta could have known about Yuuya and Helheim in the first 5 episodes , but it wouldn't had much meaning or impact on the viewer.

I kind of now want more action in each episode but I can see the action happening at the end be some like exciting thing.

Wow, some big reveals in this one. Yggdrasil has a plan to nuke the city and some kind of ark project which is likely designed to protect a few select elite. Apparently there's some dude in Helheim controlling the Invess. Micchy is an asshole.
Voted excellent, just like I do for any episode with Yoko's legs. Dem legs. |

The more I watch Micchi, the more I love him and how his character's evolved since his introduction.
While his drive to two-time both sides is said to be his connection with his friends and not wanting to see them suffer, you can tell the main drive is his feelings for Mai. I can see his whole "Do it for Mai's sake" mindset leading him down a self-destructive path. He's definitely a character that most likely isn't going to still be alive in the final episode. I'll be shocked if he survives the entire way.
