Someone else mentioned this somewhere but if you ask them about your order in the comments section of your order details, that might help with getting your order shipped. I asked them about the progress of my order and when it was going to be shipped and the next day they shipped it out.

I don't know if this has Anything to do with how fast they get it in the mail. But I chose fed ex.
