Agreed. I was expecting/hoping for some kind of overhaul to the base Baron form like between Zangetsu/Shin Zangetsu and Gaim/Jinba/Kachidoki.

As it is it only looks like they altered the upper chest section of the "chainmail" by making it... black.

According to interview on magazine:
- Kouta finds new goal after meeting the Overlords.
- Micchi backstabbing Kouta by isolating him from his friends.
- Mai leaves for Kaito, Youko also finds Kaito's ambition for power interesting.
- Kouta has no friends left.
- Kouta may die alone... if there is no change in story

A Genesis Driver that doesn't change the base suit at all? That's kinda lame, but the armour works pretty well on him.

Well I guess this explains why AC Duke is retail release. Its an easy way to make this configuration.
