They changed my order to processing and a week past and nothing moved. I sent them a message enquiring, to which they swiftly replied in the vaguest way possible 'sorry about this well sort it asap' blahblah, I waited a day. Nothing. Sent a follow up. And now a day has past, nothing has moved and no reply from them.

I paid for it just before the 2-pack came out last month. It's now been 9 days since my order was switched to "preparation" status, and I've heard nothing since. I asked them about it yesterday morning, but have still received no response regarding the issue. Now I'm wondering if I should open up a Paypal claim, even if it does mean I'll be losing out on a bunch of exclusive pre-orders I've had made. |

Honestly I ended up opening the dispute because I don't really want the stuff any more, I mean I DO want the figures but this is one of the most expensive orders I've ever placed, and I placed it under the good word this site has had from members on here and then it turns into the worst experience I've had buying figures.
I've been almost 140 quid down for almost a month and a half because of their ludicrous payment system and even when my order finally moved to processing I'm still sitting here with nothing to show for it. Pretty much my whole order has shown up on Mandrake, and it'll cost loads more in the long run to order from them, but I've never had a single problem with them so you get what you pay for I suppose. Honestly this is worse than HLJ as at least HLJ aren't pocketing your money while putting the order on a backburner.

I've ordered from N-Y before without any issues. I don't know what is causing the problem this time.
I'm already out 330 dollars after shipping costs, even if I get that money back, as you said, I'm going to be out even more trying to even track down Kyoryu Gold, my most wanted Figuart in a long time, and largely the main reason why I even bothered purchasing the Kyoryugers. Now I'm also going to have future preorders cancelled and have to find an alternative source to buy them. This is infuriating. I don't know what the hold up is this time. Other people who placed their orders after Kyoryu Gold's release are getting their orders just fine. |

Yeah KyoryuGold was the only one I actually wanted as well, I only got Green and Blue to give him company. And I only got Dragon Shield Red because I lost the Dragon Dagger on my Green Ranger. >.<
Think I'll just grab a Gold on Mandrake and pick up the rest of the ZyuRangers on there rather than Kyoryuger's I only half wanted that led to a sour order.

It looks like I have until Friday to place a Paypal dispute, so I'll hold off until Thursday in hopes something gets fixed, otherwise I'll be opening up one just like you and head back to using Yokatta for all my future exclusive orders.
Then I'll begin the long, painful process of trying to reacquire these figures for their secondary market prices. ![]() **EDIT** Well speak of the devil, I just received a pretty bullshit sounding response. This is what I was just told: Bandai sent us a message to apologize they unfortunately have delay on shipping our stocks we have to wait for them to ship we apologize for this situation if you rather cancel this order we will totally understand and allow it Please accept our apologies regarding this order. So it sounds like they were shorted on their order, but instead of giving priority to preorder customers, they instead began sending out figures to people who placed new orders after the release.
