I see you're still having the same problem. Just a suggestion. Was listening to my fave podcast, The 404, and last week they mentioned a minor quake in Japan (I believe it was the week of the 14th). Don't know for sure, but this might have had an impact on shipping. Just FYI for those going throughout the N-Y issues.

Zack and Kim have shipped, worked out to about thirty five quid each including shipping. Which is not a fantastic deal, but as webshop exclusives on the aftermarket I feel I could have been crippled a lot more.

Webshop exclusives that get a domestic releases in other countries tend to stay sane price wise. Till they sell out, then all bets are off(looking at you Super Saiyan Vegeta).

The wait for the Kyoryugers is gonna be killer.
I'm waiting for Ian and Amy to come out before I ship out the whole crew. But even then that won't happen till May as I also got the RG Exia repair pack on order. |

You know I have a great example that puts Locke's Nippon Yasan issue into perspective. About a year and a half ago I ordered a Red Buster on clearance at HLJ, they were like 1300 yen. I went with SAL shipping, got the order all paid up, then patiently waited. A day later, it ships! Which is great because as we all know SAL can take forever.
However, when I look at the confirmation e-mail they've sent me, they mailed the package to an address I hadn't lived at for 2 years. Imagine my freak out moment where I'm frantically emailing customer support trying to talk to anyone who can fix this. They had my current address on file, there was no reason at all they should have mailed it to my old address. I explained the entire thing in a couple of emails and that I'd like the situation to be rectified. Their response was that they couldn't do anything about it. The package was already shipped. If/when it was returned to them as non-deliverable they would be happy to resend it to me. A refund was out of the question, even though this bungle wasn't my fault they refused to refund me. Their suggestion was to contact the new residents of that address and ask them to intercept the package on my behalf. Which is possibly the worst advice I've ever been given. It was a college address. I didn't live in that dorm anymore, my wife and I had gotten married and moved away. So trust me, even the big retailers can screw you. I never received that Red Buster, it was never returned to them, and to this day they will not refund me for it. It may have been pretty cheap but it's the principle of the thing.

Holy crap. That is a seriously high level customer service failure, Den-O. I spent like a decade (no pun intended) in customer service fields and that's the kind of garbage that would have gotten someone reamed who worked for me.

Oh yeah it all turned out okay in the end, honestly it was as much my fault and I admit that. I shouldn't have put down one of my most expensive orders on a site I had never used before, that was silly of me. Chasing preorders around is a pain, paying after market prices is even more painful but from my experience turning to other unexplored options isn't better.
I wont be using NY again, and I openly admit it was just as much my mistake, if you guys like them that is fine and if you guys have had worse experiences with other retailers I believe you. But this is the first bad experience I've had, with my first ever expensive order, with the first time of using a site. If that doesn't say something, then I'm not sure what will.

Good thing the only SHF I wanted is non-toku so of course is still available...But now I debate ordering it on AmiAmi or waiting for Amazon.
