I think its the Burning Godzilla mould sans the deco, based on the adult Godzilla Jr from the end of Destoroyah.

It's a whole new sculpt. New mold.

So technically it 'IS' the Burning G suit. But this isn't a repaint.
More like an opportunity for new fans to get a hold of the flagship SH Monsterarts figure that many missed a few years ago.

The 2014 Movie version should come out soon after.
