I'm glad someone else out there actually likes Drake and Daisuke. I braced myself when he first showed up with all the hate he got but I never saw it. And his episodes with a particular worm were great~

Yes, but I'm serious when I say that TVN's Blade subs have some of the worst video quality I've seen, with many 90's shows having better video.

13 Riders was an alternate reality TV special(which actually counts for Ryuki due to how things are set up)so it's different from the TV show events. Raia was killed by Ouja/Strike in the TV series.

Pretty much. Ryuki isn't really all that confusing persay. Towards the end it is a little bit, but not a complete mind fuck. As for the specials, take what you will of them since their AUs.

The basic gist of Ryuki: A bunch of douches(and two nice guys who are wild cards) are stuck in a time loop untill the asshole controlling the time loop gets the outcome he desires. That's the really over-simplified synopsis of the series .

Wow it sounds very different to Dragon Knight. Dragon Knight seems a lot more simple.

Raia was also really cool. I always forget him because of how brief his time in-show was, but he was another interesting character. He was a prophet, and his predictions were supposedly always right, but he still fought against predictions he didn't like. It was interesting, like he wasn't mindless or complacent with his prophecies.

Also, he wasn't actually meant to be Raia. His boyfriend was killed by a mirror monster before he could use the deck.

Ryuki isn't really confusing, but none of the movies are in-canon and are based on nothing in particular. Not the show or other movies.

It's basically the same suits and characters with a different plot each movie.

It's more complex, but that doesn't really mean it's "good."

Ryuki had a habit of doing too much.
