Considering it's only 1,490 at AmiAmi right now, I'd say a second one isn't a bad idea ^0^

This set looks tempting since it is in the 6 inch scale but I always get a bit nervous about models

What about them makes you nervous?
This is a solid feeling kit, it's very easy to pose, far easier than the bigger/older W kits I have. The joints just move very well, whereas on the W kits they just felt a bit more...I don't know, not fragile, but not meant to be used a lot. Sorta? |

I'm in the same boat. But it just takes patience. You could always use a toothpick or exacto knife to help lay them on if you need to.

I also use cotton swabs to press stickers into detail so they show up. Like the red arrows on the back of his hands. Or his feet. I built him last night and he's great! I had considered painting him, but I decided to do stock build. I did add silver to the fingertips though. I'm super stoked for Kabuto now. I just need to find time to build it.

I use an xacto blade for positioning the stickers, and for applying the sticker, fitting it into the details of the scultp, instead of a toothpick I tried out a used nail care stick. I liked having the option of the two different edges to work with, and since it was used, the edges weren't so sharp that I had to worry about it damaging the sticker. It's what I will use from now on for stickers.
I definitely need to paint the fingertips on mine. |

Probably wouldn't hurt to try and paint the Faiz Edge either.

That, I don't know how well I would do at that. If the red gundam marker I have is even close to the right color.
But agreed, it needs it pretty badly. Aside from that, I think all the accessories look and are great, but the Faiz Edge NEEDS its lightsaber blade. Every time I see your signature in this thread I think to myself, I sure hope they do Kaixa, and soon. |
