I'm surprised they showed Violet & Gray before Cyan, honestly, it makes sense to show them before Silver cause Silver doesn't get activated till around near the later half of Kyoryuger plus it'll be cool when he's revealed, I'm really glad I got the Kyoryu Red figuarts figure this year, now I'm really pumped that I have the red ranger figuarts of next year's power rangers season before it airs .

Kyoryuger never really used the Kyoryugers outside of the main six much anyway, and not in any meaningful way that can't be cut out if they wanted. I mean Daigo ended up piloting almost all the mechs anyway.

Yup, you don't really need anything other than the core six Rangers and even then that is a push.

If they're cutting out the other 4, then why do Violet & Gray already have character descriptions? It doesn't make sense to me at all :/.

Silver and the female Cyan will likely show up in the second season. They are likely having the PR version of Torin be Silver since there's fight scene footage of him and we have footage him transforming from what I can remember.
