I fucking HATE that theme, it's so damn repetitious that it worms its way into your soul and you find it looping in your head for weeks.

I found it the OP and ending songs to be okay, but not in my catchy list.

I say Shinkenger's theme. After watching the first few episodes, I had the song stuck in my head for weeks.

I tried watching Dekaranger, but I always think of the American version instead for the opening (S.P.D. Emergency). That song was everywhere when it was Americanized back in the 2000s.

Opening: Hurricanger, Dekaranger, Gaoranger, Flashman, and Ohranger.
Ending: Maskman, Battle Fever J and Boukenger
