Why is saban not legally allowed to skip a sentai series ?

But Go-Busters elements are still apparently going to be incorporated into the show, so its no different to MMPR seasons 2 and 3.

We don't know if that's official or not. I know Fury Diamond is a good guy and all, but not everything he says is true. I remember he said that the Dairanger suits would not be used in Super Megaforce and he was wrong. He said the same about the pre-Zyuranger suits not being used as well.

Has to do more with how the contracts written to help Toei offset the costs of making the seasons by splitting the cost with the US

I'd be willing to wager that we'd get the zord footage (Since that's just free money), perhaps ranger suits, but I'm not sure on that.
