Yokkata asks for payments marked as "gift". I wouldn't touch that with a five foot pole. That's incredibly dodgy and untrustworthy, not worth the risk.
Nippon Yasan have never let me down, but I know they've had trouble fufilling some late-ish pre-orders with others |

I use CS Toys as well. It sometimes costs a little more than other places, but it's definitely the most reliable.
