He shared images of himself (first ones in 7 years) as well as a video. I know a lot of people questioned his health last time he was public (ie: "Fat") but I think this proves that the man is in some of the best shape of his life currently.

He was always my favorite when I was a kid, it's great to see that he seems like such a cool guy. I love that Red Ranger/Gold Ranger shirt on the FB page, especially the combined symbols in the background.
