You are right KamenRiderRevenge this monster is from abaranger, and you are the winner. The monster apperaed in episode 12-13 and is named Tokei (Clock).
Here we got a owl but the hint is harder and you have to do some researh: Hint 1 : Storm Owl

You are both right but it is losondro who is the winner!!
Storm owl is a boss from Megaman X4, and that game was released in the same time as megaranger. The hint is also supposed to remind that the theme of megaranger is video games. His name is Owl Nejire and he appereaed in episode 15 This time we got a werid one of a kind Hint 1: anniversary

You are right Switchblade this is from Go-ranger. You won this time
 Her name is Black Hair Mask and she appeared in episode 17 which actually has been subbed yesterday by bad apple fansubs. So check that out if you are into Goranger Skullman was a manga by Shotaro Ishinomori who also made Go ranger.Sorry with the different size of the picutures  But here we go with the next one Hint: Crossover
