This space biker who was summoned by Zelmonda to create strong electric damage to carranger and to the public is named Elekinta and he appeared in episode 14 This time we got a werid one and a werid hint: Hint 1: The green ranger in this show at one time, crushed the balls of a enemy/ minion in a fight with his weapon
