But from what i watch, the effect of the time manipulating doesnt involve the surrounding, only the user, more like the user fasten the time not time stopping, but hyper clock up is faster than that, able to time travel

Super Tatoba can control time but Hyper Kabuto can go back on time. Presuming Tendou isn't a dick and steals Eiji ' s cores when he first transforms, Hyper Kabuto could go back in time a few seconds to stop Eiji ' s transformation.

Not to help Hyper Kabuto's case but he'd probably just do what he did in the show. Time travel back enough times till it would be an Army of Hyper Kabutos. I mean he helped himself out in the show once before he got the Hyper Zector.

I don't know...Super TaToBa may be the edge that Eiji needed. If he can manipulate time too, can't he just slow things down and knock Tendou out? Or if you want to go REALLY dark here too, slice off his head with Super TaToBa's claws?

Again, I don't pretend to know everything about these guys, especially Kabuto. So I'm just genuinely curious. Though, I do think TaMaShii or Super TaToBa would at least cause a stalemate.

Haha, so meaning to say pure speed? Sure kabuto stand on top about that, FTL LOL, but if we exclude hyper clock up, only normal clock up, i'd say so many ways to counter clock up, yay, AOE especially
