I picked Dr. K. My reason? She developed everything for the RPM Rangers, ended up being the cause of the end of the world, and she made it a point to call them stupid when they were being stupid. That, and her technobabble really made her character stand out.

I really loved Doggie Krueger most of all, but RJ was a better Mentor. Since the questions was who was best I voted for RJ. Also love Dr. K for explaining the explosions and anime eyes
