yeah but there's also that more speed/velocity = more force thing in physics. If a rock can be practically turned into a bullet when hurled at the speed of sound. What does that make Hyper Kabuto's hyper kick(or basic combat) that is done when time is stopped? that would probably do a lot if not fatal damage to Kuuga Ultimate

You know if you know Tendou's personality he would want to prove he's the strongest without his time powers, and Eiji wouldn't use it either. So I think that would change the outcome.

That's Kaito, not Tendou. Tendou is not above ruthless tactics. Tendou would resort to time manipulation powers long before Eiji would even consider using the purple medals.

I think Kuuga Ultimate in full power.

If I am not wrong, all previous Kuuga's weapon can be used by Kuuga Ultimate too.

Other candidates:

- Kamen Rider Blade King Form
- Kamen Rider Kabuto Hyper Form
- Kamen Rider Decade Violent Emotion
- Kamen Rider Time (Hypothetical Rider, if someone uses Time Memory in Lost Driver).
- Kamen Rider Ghost Newton Damashii. I would say this form has potential to become strongest Ghost's form.
